Networking & Professional Development-

To schedule regular meetings with business relevant topics and networking opportunities.
To plan and implement appropriate seminars to meet the needs of the organization’s members. Examples would include, but not be limited to, business skills, procuring government contracts, certification programs and establishing a business.
To identify professionals and business leaders to participate as keynote speakers, trainers and mentors. Work with Chamber Communications Director to develop and implement communication efforts for event and program promotion to WAM members and community

To collaborate with existing programs for businesswomen that will enhance business skills, support career planning and build professionalism.
To collaborate with existing programs to support and encourage women to pursue entrepreneurial roles.
To develop or collaborate with existing programs for high school and middle school girls to encourage leadership and career development to enable them to meet their full potential.
Work with Chamber Communications Director to develop and implement communicative efforts educating and promoting mentoring programs and resources to WAM members and community

Define and implement the requirements and dues structure for individuals and corporations.
Plan and implement a membership drive or focused membership recruiting initiative.
Work with Chamber Communications Director to develop and implement external and internal communication efforts for member recruitment and retention event and program promotion.
To create a directory of all members, profiling experience and expertise to be used for resources and contacts.
